In order to continue to grow, and with the purpose of providing our (potential) partners with ever more complete and personalised solutions, we are looking for a polyvalent profile to expand our Payroll database and to manage it on a daily basis.

Required:

• Proven experience in a sales position
• Inventive spirit
• Flexible in terms of working hours
• Basic HR skills

Do you like to work on the road , are you not afraid of being under pressure, and do you have an understanding of the high-end event business ?

PROFILE

• You are a born entrepreneur
• You have hard selling skills
• You are not afraid to start from scratch to build up a client database
• You are sociable and communicative
• You are flexible and do not have a "9/5" mentality.
• You are not afraid to travel a lot in order to explore the potential of the whole of Belgium
• You speak French, Dutch and English
• You have a driving licence (B) and a car
• You have at least a business or HR degree with a commercial mindset

OPERATIONAL TASKS

• Development of a client base
• Follow-up of prospects on a daily basis
• Management of payroll profiles
• Creation and follow-up of invoices
• Tailor-made after-sales service
• Handling of requests from our partners
• Various administrative tasks

Salary and additional benefits to be negotiated
